1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at neuralflux.life, any subdomains, platform demonstrations, documentation portals and related services operated by NeuralFlux Inc. ("NeuralFlux", "we", "us" or "our"), a Quebec corporation with registered office at 1450 McGill College Avenue, Suite 820, Montreal, QC H3A 2M8, Canada (Business Number 841059283QC0001). By accessing our website, requesting a pipeline demo, enrolling in an NFX programme or using any NeuralFlux service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our website or services.

Where you enter into a separate written service agreement, master services agreement or order form with NeuralFlux, that agreement governs platform subscription terms to the extent of any conflict with these website Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, enquirers and general users of our public-facing properties.

2. Description of services

NeuralFlux provides a neural workflow automation platform designed for applied machine learning teams shipping production AI. Our platform capabilities include streaming inference endpoints, event-driven ML pipelines, flux orchestration layers, observability dashboards and integration connectors for webhooks, Kafka, REST APIs, S3 and Kubernetes. We deliver NFX programmes (NFX-101 through NFX-601), architecture reviews, sandbox provisioning, integration sprints and production cutover support.

NeuralFlux is a product-led neural workflow automation platform — not a marketing agency, web design studio, IT outsourcing firm or generic consulting shop where advisory — not the platform — is the primary offering. Descriptions, screenshots and case illustrations on this website are representative of platform capabilities and may not reflect every customer's configuration. Specific deliverables, service levels and feature availability are defined in your service agreement or order form.

3. Eligibility and account registration

You must be at least eighteen years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements to use our services. Access to authenticated flux sandboxes and production environments requires registration and acceptance of a service agreement. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during registration and to keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to refuse registration, suspend accounts or terminate access where we reasonably believe terms have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred or continued access poses a security risk to the platform or other customers.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the NeuralFlux website and platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • use the platform to process, generate or distribute content that violates applicable federal, provincial or municipal law;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, sandboxes, APIs or data belonging to NeuralFlux or other customers;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble platform components except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
  • upload malware, exploit code or any material designed to disrupt platform integrity;
  • use automated scraping tools on our website in a manner that imposes unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
  • resell, sublicense or redistribute platform access without prior written authorisation from NeuralFlux;
  • misrepresent your affiliation with NeuralFlux or use our trademarks without permission;
  • interfere with or disrupt the experience of other users or the security of our services.

5. Intellectual property

All content on neuralflux.life — including text, graphics, logos, flux panel designs, programme curricula and software — is owned by NeuralFlux or its licensors and protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the website for personal or internal business evaluation. No licence is granted to copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works except as expressly permitted in a signed agreement.

Client data uploaded to flux pipelines remains the property of the client. NeuralFlux claims no ownership over your models, event streams or inference outputs. We may use anonymised, aggregated telemetry to improve platform reliability with your consent or as permitted under your service agreement.

6. Programmes and professional services

NFX programme fees, schedules and prerequisites are described on our programmes page and confirmed in enrolment documents. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are provided at enrolment. Professional services engagements are governed by statements of work specifying scope, deliverables, timelines and fees. NeuralFlux does not guarantee specific business outcomes, model accuracy, latency figures in your environment or zero downtime — performance depends on infrastructure capacity, data stream quality, model selection and operational practices.

7. Disclaimers

THE WEBSITE AND PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NEURALFLUX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

NeuralFlux provides neural workflow automation and applied ML pipeline tooling. We do not guarantee full job replacement, elimination of all manual work, third-party certification or specific inference accuracy. Human oversight remains essential in regulated and high-stakes workflows.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEURALFLUX AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR SERVICES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO NEURALFLUX IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (C$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NeuralFlux from claims, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or infringement of third-party rights through data or content you submit to flux pipelines.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montreal, Quebec for disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the website, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions that cannot be waived.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
